Who we are

Try Pickleball (try-pickleball.com) is operated privately in the United States. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• The details you type into a request form — your name, email, and anything you choose to add (such as a phone number or the program/facility you're asking about). We use these to get back to you about what you asked. We do not forward them to the facility.
• If you list a program/facility, the business details you submit for your listing.
• On the deals page — your email address, so we can send you a six-digit code and you can unlock the coupon codes and prices. If you use one of the other buttons on that page we also keep what you typed into it: the club and town you are telling us about, or the town you want us to open in. We keep these separately from facility enquiries, we do not pass them to any club, and nothing is sent to you automatically — when there is something to say, a person writes to you.
• Traffic and advertising measurement. Our host (Cloudflare) provides aggregate, non-identifying statistics (visits, pages, countries). The home page, this page and our error page also load Google Analytics and a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, which we use to measure our own advertising. Individual listing and city pages carry only the Cloudflare statistics. We do not sell tracking data.

How your information is stored and used

• What you submit is stored in a private database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, accessible only to the site operator.
• We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We contact you only about Try Pickleball and what you asked for.

Business transfers

If this website or its assets are acquired by, merged with, or sold to another owner, your information may be transferred to that new owner as part of the transaction. Any new owner will remain bound by the commitments in this policy.

Unsubscribe / deletion

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write [email protected] from the address in question, and we will remove your information completely.

Children

Our forms are intended for adults (parents, guardians, caregivers and coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, write [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
